Obama, unsurprisingly, recommended Elena Kagan as a Supreme Court nominee.  She has never been a judge and ‘We The People’ will not be able to ascertain prior to her appointment exactly where she stands on the constitution, but we can sure make a good guess.  Kegan and Obama have already met to discuss her appointment and I am sure Obama knows exactly where she stand and heaven forbid she flies through without any resistance from the GOP.

I’ve watched CNN for the first time in months and possibly years and while watching them I became acutely aware why this once trusted station had become the murky swamp where only bottom dwellers go.  CNN had their ever so monotonous guests spewing their habitual, one-sided commendations, while displaying their eerie smile as if they just had a whiff of laughing gas.  As usual, there were no facts, nothing concrete, just comments  revelations from the self-absorbed left eggheads making comments such as ‘I think’.  It was a trainwreck which I was unable to divert my eyes from, unable to turn the channel, praying for a census working to ring my doorbell and bring me back to reality; frozen in disgust.  As usual, CNN had guests who were lining up to praise that arrogant piece of work who has taken up residence in the White House for picking another woman for the Supreme Court.  It appears as if that is the only qualification Obama is looking for. 

However, what I am most amazed with is the fact I am not surprised Obama continues to choose ‘F’ people.  He himself is a ‘D’, even though he gives himself an ‘A’, and continues to chose people who are eerily similar to himself; someone with no experience.  Kagan has never been a judge and, because of that, we only have her word that she will follow the constitution and not use the court to make policies.  I say “That Is Not Enough and We The People will not go quietly in the night”.

Obama stated Kagan comprehends the law, “not as an intellectual exercise, or words on a page, but as it affects the lives of ordinary people”.   This rings of socialism and  is transparent enough for even the most die-hard liberals to understand. 

In 2002, Kagan went against Federal law and did not allow Military Recruiters onto Harvard’s campus to do their job.   She thumbed up her nose at the Bush administration when they threatened to cut finding to the college.  Kagan knowlingly and blatantly broke the law and the military was forced to go to the Supreme Court where they won. This in itself is a good reason she should not be allowed to become a judge for life.

All is not lost, though; I Have A Dream!  Yes, my dream is the GOP will come out fighting this non-deserving Supreme Court nominee the way the Liberals vigorously fought the nomination of the most intelligent and deserving ‘Judge’ to the Supreme Court in 1991, Clarence Thomas.  Of course, with one difference; we want the GOP to fight on facts and not made up accusations.  No need to get down dirty to the liberals level; keep your heads high, your sights on the prize and remember November is just around the corner!  

As the dialogue from the Godfather goes: “You give ‘em one message: I want Sollozzo.  If not, it’s all out war: we go to the Mattresses!”. 

That is the only thing the liberals understand.  So, GOP, no more nice guys, no more bowing to the ‘D’ person in the White House.  “Go To The Mattress!”; the American people are behind you.

 So….Dunn, why don’t you call?  Tell Glenn and the rest of America where his opinions are wide off the mark?  I chuckle when I think of you sitting in your little chair forced by the White House to watch every minute of Fox News in order to gather information to dispel their misinformation.  Don’t you want to get your version of the ‘truth’ out to the American people?

 Tell us where Fox News has it wrong, where Glenn Beck is incorrect in his opinions and why the rest of the country should not listen to Fox News any longer.   Glenn has given you the perfect venue, yet there is nothing from you; the phone  is oddly and loudly silent. 

 The American people will be watching Glenn nightly until you call.  So…dial those 10 little digits, utter the top secret phrase Glenn gave you to verify it is really you and tell us where they are wrong.  Come on, tick tock, quit your stalling, time is passing, you have the number, the phone is working and the rest of the country is waiting for you.  Now is not the time to be shy; Just Do It!   American voters are waiting.

We need to tell them “No” in 2010 and kick the lot of them out…Every last one of those turkeys; the Liberal Democrats and the misguided Republicans.  It is not too late, but this may be our last chance to actually have our voices heard.  They have not been listening, but kicking the herd to the curb will be loud and clear.

Our government is being run by a sinister group of individuals who are over bloated and overfed with power who have no business being in control of a dog park, let alone making laws for America.

We the people need to kick them out in 2010 before they do anymore damage to America!
